Reference is made to the announcements dated 9 June 2025, 25 July 2025, 7 August 2025 and 11 August 2025.
The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to inform that pursuant to the Court Convened Meeting (“CCM”) of KNM and KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd (“KNMPS”) (collectively referred to as the “Scheme Companies”), the Scheme Companies have filed for sanction of the scheme of arrangement pursuant to Section 366 of the Companies Act 2016, as approved by the requisite majority of scheme creditors present and voting at the CCM held on 11 August 2025 (“Sanction Application”) on 26 September 2025. The Court has yet to provide a hearing date for the Sanction Application.
