We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 4 September 2025 in relation to the ESOS (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that pursuant to Rule 6.44(1) of the Listing Requirements, the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS has been fixed on 30 September 2025, being the date of full compliance of the ESOS.
