Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 10 April 2025, 14 April 2025, 28 May 2025 and 18 August 2025.

The Company wishes to announce that the Case Management fixed on 29 September 2025 has been heard, during which the Court has directed the following:

1. Parties are to comply with any unfulfilled Pre-Trial Case Management (“PTCM”) directions by 12 November 2025.
2. The next Case Management is fixed on 17 November 2025 for the parties to update the Court on their compliance with the PTCM directions and to discuss matters relating to the expert witness.
3. MSM Johor is permitted to submit further documents in relation to rectification costs incurred in November 2025 and December 2025.
4. Parties are to exchange Witness Statements by 23 October 2026.
5. Parties are to submit reply to issues raised in Witness Statements (if any) by 6 November 2026.
6. Parties are to exchange Rebuttal Witness Statements by 20 November 2026.
7. Final Pre-Trial Case Management is fixed on 24 November 2026.

The Company further wishes to announce that the trial for this Legal Suit has been fixed on 1 – 4 December 2026.

Further development on the Legal Suit will be announced in due course.
