Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by THMY Holdings Berhad dated 29 September 2025.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 29 September 2025 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 9 October 2025.

If there is any change to the timetable, we will advertise the notice of changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper within Malaysia and announce it on Bursa Securities' website accordingly.
