Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 26 February 2025, 9 April 2025, 8 September 2025 and 10 September 2025 in relation to the Transfer.

On behalf of the Board, MBSB Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad) is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 25 September 2025 (which was received on 26 September 2025), approved the transfer of Critical Holdings’ entire issued share capital from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities, under the “Industrial Products & Services” sector.

The Transfer will take effect immediately two (2) market days upon the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.
