Pursuant to Rule 10.09 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), a listed corporation may seek a mandate from its shareholders for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“RRPTs”) subject to the conditions as set out therein.

The Board of Directors of JS Solar wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 25 September 2025, approved the Company's application for an extension of time from 23 September 2025, being its listing date, to the Company’s forthcoming annual general meeting or an extraordinary general meeting, whichever is held earlier, to obtain shareholders’ ratification and shareholders' mandate for the RRPTs entered or to be entered into by the Company and its subsidiaries.
