Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 18 August 2025, 25 August 2025, 8 September 2025 and 18 September 2025 in relation to the Offer.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company had on 25 September 2025 received a press notice from Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad on behalf of the Offeror, informing that as at 25 September 2025, the Offeror holds in aggregate more than 50% of the voting shares in NuEnergy. Accordingly, the acceptance condition is met and the Offer has become unconditional on Thursday, 25 September 2025 ("Unconditional Date").

Pursuant to subparagraph 12.01(3)(b) of the Rules, the Offeror shall keep the Offer open for acceptances for at least 14 days from the Unconditional Date, which in any event, shall not be later than the 60th day from the Posting Date.

As such, the Board of Directors wishes to inform that, unless extended or revised, the Offer shall remain open for acceptances until 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Thursday, 9 October 2025, being the Extended Closing Date.
