1. PROPOSED RENEWAL OF SHAREHOLDERS' MANDATE FOR EXISTING RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE
2. PROPOSED RENEWAL OF AUTHORITY FOR THE COMPANY TO PURCHASE ITS OWN ORDINARY SHARES
The Board of Directors of PHB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval on the following Proposals at the forthcoming Thirty-First Annual General Meeting:
(a) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”); and
(b) Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase Its Own Ordinary Shares (“Proposed Share Buy-Back”).
A Circular containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate and Statement of Proposed Share Buy-Back will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
