We refer to the Company's annoucements dated 2 August 2019, 13 August 2019, 23 October 2019, 24 September 2020, 13 August 2024 and 23 October 2024 in respect of the Perpetual Securities Programme undertaken by the Company.
The Board of Directors of Paramount wishes to announce that the Company has, on this 24 September 2025, redeemed the remaining RM50,000,000.00 in nominal value of Perpetual Securities issued on 24 September 2020 pursuant to the Company's Perpetual Securities Programme (the Redemption). The Redemption shall be cancelled and may not be re-issued or re-sold.
