Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 April 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposal by PGB Landmark Sdn. Bhd. to dispose part of a parcel of freehold land held under HSD 306839 PTD 3006 (currently held under HS(D) 640887 PTD 11501), in the Mukim of Tanjung Kupang, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor measuring approximately 3.531 acres to Buildcon Concrete Sdn. Bhd. for a cash consideration of RM19,226,295.00 ("Proposed Disposal").
