We refer to the announcement dated 12 September 2025 in relation to the Proposed SCR. Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposed SCR shall apply herein.

On behalf of SciPack Board, UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the SciPack Board (save for the Interested Directors) has appointed MainStreet Advisers Sdn Bhd ("MainStreet") as the Independent Adviser to provide comments, opinions, information and recommendation on the Proposed SCR to the SciPack Board (save for the Interested Directors) and the disinterested shareholders of SciPack.

Further thereto, on behalf of SciPack Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the SciPack Board (save for the Interested Directors) has deliberated on the contents of the SCR Offer Letter after taking into consideration the advice from the Independent Adviser and has resolved to table the Proposed SCR to all the shareholders of SciPack (save for the Non-Entitled Shareholder) for their consideration and approval.
