The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Asian Pac Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cahaya Riang Sdn Bhd. [202001020084(1376404-H)] (“CRSB”) has on 23 September 2025 entered into a Pre-Condition Agreement with The United Sabah Chinese Communities Association of Kota Kinabalu (Registration No: PPM-014-12-12101975) (“USCCA”) and The Sabah United Chinese Chambers of Commerce (Registration No. PPM-023-12-03071966) (“SUCCC”) to set out the pre conditions to be met before the Parties subsequently enter into a Development Agreement in respect of all that leasehold land held under Town Lease 017547027, District of Kota Kinabalu, Karamunsing, Sabah, Malaysia measuring approximately 1.110 hectares in area. (CRSB and USCCA and SUCCC are collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
