The Board of Directors of MATRIX wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 September 2025 received a notice in writing dated 22 September 2025 pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016 from SBY Partners PLT on their resignation as Auditors of the Company and their term of office will end after twenty-one (21) days from the notice date of 22 September 2025.

The resignation of SBY Partners PLT is on a voluntary basis as the Company wishes to appoint another Auditors.

The Company has identified the new External Auditors and is currently in the midst of appointing them pursuant to Section 271(2) of the Companies Act 2016. Further announcement will be made by the Company once the appointment of new External Auditors is finalised.

Save for the above, the Board wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that may be required to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
