The Board of Directors of A-Rank Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to propose a First and Final Single Tier Dividend of 2.25 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 July 2025 for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The entitlement and payment dates for the proposed dividend will be determined and announced at a later date.
