(I) PROPOSED FACTORY BUILDING DISPOSAL; AND

(II) PROPOSED PME DISPOSAL

(COLLECTIVELY, THE "PROPOSED DISPOSALS")

We refer to BTM’s announcement dated 12 September 2025 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1. To elaborate and explain further on the 50% discount applied for the Factory Building’s ancillary floor areas.

2. To elaborate and explain further on the 50% depreciation applied to reflect the Factory Building’s physical, economic, and functional obsolescence.

3. To explain why the Company had to resort to obtaining advances from Modern Mode Sdn Bhd for its working capital during April and May 2024.

4. To state the name of the Valuers who prepared the Valuation Report for the plant, machinery and equipment (“PME”), methodology used and basis for the market value of the PME.

5. To state the time and place where the Valuation Reports for the Factory Building and PME may be inspected.
