The Board of Directors of Meridian Berhad (“Meridian” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that MIB Construction Sdn. Bhd. (“MIB”), the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 19 September 2025 accepted the Letter of Award (“LOA”) dated 19 September 2025 from Kejora Harta Berhad to be appointed as the Main Contractor for the main building works, demolition works of existing buildings, piling works, and associated external and infrastructure works .
