The Board of Directors of HexTech (“the Board”) wishes to announce the following additional information as requested by Bursa Securities:
In response to the above, the Board wishes to clarify that the unfulfilled condition precedent pertains to the transfer of the remaining unexpired period of the Lease to the Purchaser. The Company has been actively engaging with the Purchaser and PKFZ with all parties committed to ensuring that the conditions safeguard their interests.
