The Board of Directors of Topmix wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Topmix Resources Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200601018697 (738450-T)] (“TRSB”), which is the registered and beneficial owner of Geran 340342 Lot 53757, Mukim of Senai, District of Kulai, State of Johor (“the Vacant Land”), had on 18 September 2025 appointed Laubros Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199401033627 (319310-W)] (“Laubros” or “the Contractor”), a non-related party, to undertake the proposed construction of a single storey warehouse with 3 storey office and related ancillary buildings on the Vacant Land, for a total construction cost of RM8,670,000 (“Proposed Construction”).
