Bhd. [Registration No.: 197701004523 (35618-A)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Mr Pang Tin @ Pang Yon Tin for the acquisition of two (2) parcels of freehold land in the township and district of Kulai, State of Johor for a total cash consideration of RM3,650,000.00.
