2) The last date of lodgment : 08 Jan 2026
3) Date Payable : 23 Jan 2026

Remarks :

1) The single tier final dividend of 6 sen per ordinary share will be tabled at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company for shareholders' approval.
2) Holders of warrants who wish to exercise their warrants and be entitled to the final dividend must lodge their duly executed and completed exercise form for warrant together with the exercise monies with the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd by 5.00 p.m. on 22 December 2025.
