On behalf of the Board of Directors of Parlo (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed reduction of RM47,000,000 of the issued share capital of Parlo pursuant to Section 117 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Act”) (“Proposed Share Capital Reduction”).
