The Board of Directors of MKH Berhad wishes to announce that Metro Kajang (Oversea) Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration No. 199301016059 (270799-X)), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 17 September 2025 entered into a Share Transfer Agreement with Kunshan Meiao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. for the proposed disposal of 100% equity interest in Vast Furniture Manufacturing (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. for a total cash consideration of Chinese Yuan Eighty Four Million (CNY84,000,000-00) only, equivalent to approximately Ringgit Malaysia Forty-Nine Million Five Hundred Thirty Four Thousand and Seven Hundred Twenty Seven (RM49,534,727-00) only (based on exchange rate of RM1.00 : CNY1.69578).
