Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Scientex wishes to announce that the Board had approved the followings:

(a)  the incorporation of the revaluation surplus, net of deferred tax and non-controlling interests, of approximately RM10.2 million; and

(b)  the net gain arising from a change in the fair value of investment properties, net of corporate tax, of approximately RM3.2 million

to be incorporated into the Consolidated Financial Statements of Scientex for the financial year ended 31 July 2025.
