The Board of Directors (“Board”) of PBAHB wishes to announce that Pihak Berkuasa Negeri (“PBN”) has on 11 September 2025 approved the appeal to reduce the amount of land premium by Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn. Bhd. (“PBAPP”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, to alienate Plot B, measuring 4.11 acres (16,632 square meters), at Seksyen 11E, Bandar George Town, Daerah Timur Laut (“Macallum Street Area”) pursuant to Section 76 of National Land Code which were submitted to Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Timur Laut (“PDT DTL”) on 5 February 2025, for the purpose of proposed construction of a pump house, maintenance of the land pipe of the third twin submarine pipelines and future water infrastructure projects at Macallum  (“Land Alienation”) to Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Million (RM20,000,000.00) only, excluding other administrative charges.
