OFFERING OF UP TO 34,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF PETRONAS CHEMICALS GROUP BERHAD ("PCHEM") ("PCHEM-C1Y")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 34,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of PCHEM by way of market making.


The PCHEM-C1Y is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The PCHEM-C1Y is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The PCHEM-C1Y is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under PCHEM-C1Y are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
