This is the reply to queries by Bursa dated 4 September 2025 in relation to the Company's announcements dated 2 September 2025.

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 2 September 2025, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:

1) Information on the Vessel

a) Type of Vessel and current use.

b) Age of the Vessel.

c) Flag/ current location.

d) The deadweight tonnage of the Vessel.

e) Size, engine capacity and speed of the Vessel.

f) Port of registry.

g) The encumbrances against the Vessel, if any.

h) To state the method of valuation undertaken by the independent vessel valuer in arriving at the market value.

2) Information on sale agreement

a) To specify the date on which AMSB entered into an agreement for the disposal of the Vessel.

b) To provide salient terms of the agreement including but not limited to the terms of payment, conditions precedent, termination and completion.

c) In respect of the disposal consideration, to state the exchange rate used and the reference source.  

d) To clarify whether the Disposal was completed on 19 August 2025 (as stated in Note A12 of the quarterly results for the financial period ended 30 June 2025) or on 30 August 2025.

e) To state the reason for the delay in making an immediate announcement on the Disposal upon the terms of transaction are agreed upon.

3) To provide particulars of all liabilities, including contingent liabilities and guarantees remain with AMSB/ ALAM, arising from the Disposal.  

4) To specify the shareholdings of the major shareholder (in percentage) and the balance shareholders (with their names) in Shivansh in percentages.

5) Noted on the Company’s business rationalisation plan to scale down its OSV segment. In this regard, to state the total numbers of OSV vessels that has been disposed and the number of OSV left in the Company.

6) To show how gain on disposal of RM2.5 million was arrived at.

7) To also state the timeframe for full utilisation of the Disposal proceeds.

8) To make available the sale agreement and the valuation report for shareholders’ inspection.
