The Board of Directors of Sapura Industrial Berhad wishes to announce that its subsidiary, SIB Mili Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 202401045420 [1591266-X]) (“SIB Mili”), has on 8 September 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with PUSAT PEMBANGUNAN KEMAHIRAN SARAWAK also known as SARAWAK SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (PPM-008-13-08031994) (“Sarawak Skills”), to establish a strategic collaboration to further strengthen the Electric Vehicle (“EV”) and hybrid sector in Sarawak.
