Reference is made to the announcements dated 18 March 2024, 27 March 2024, 21 June 2024 and 10 September 2024 in relation to the Proposed JV.
The Board of Directors of TTVHB hereby wish to announce that the parties to the JVA had on 4 September 2025, entered into a supplemental agreement (“Supplemental Agreement”) to extend the completion date of the capital contribution.
Pursuant to the Supplemental Agreement, the parties have mutually agreed to extend the completion date of capital contribution to the JVC, Autowell (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to 10 September 2027.
