Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 21 July 2025 and 14 August 2025 in relation to the resignation and nomination of auditors of the Company respectively.

The Board of Directors of Hong Seng wishes to announce Morison LC PLT, having consented to act as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Company Act 2016, is appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 3 September 2025 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
