The Board of Directors of LUXCHEM is pleased to announce that Lexis Chemical Sdn. Bhd. (“Lexis Chemical”), a 55% owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 3 September 2025 entered into Sale and Purchase Agreements to purchase three (3) pieces of freehold lands in Bandar Bukit Raja Industrial Park, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor, for a total cash consideration of RM40,552,664.00.
