We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 25,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of KGB by way of market making.

The KGB-CU is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The KGB-CU is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The KGB-CU is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under KGB-CU are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
