OFFERING OF UP TO 45,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF YTL CORPORATION BERHAD ("YTL") ("YTL-C2B")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 45,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of YTL by way of market making.


The YTL-C2B is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The YTL-C2B is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The YTL-C2B is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under YTL-C2B are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
