Further to the Company's announcements made on 17 October 2024, 26 November 2024, 28 February 2025 and 29 May 2025 pertaining to the MOU entered into between LKLAM and Andorra for the purpose of exploring potential medical equipment leasing for a new hospital located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and investigating the feasibility of providing leasing solutions for medical equipment and potentially other related healthcare infrastructure requirements for this new hospital, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU as announced previously.
