We refer to the announcement dated 30 April 2025 on the MOU between HELLO NATURAL SDN BHD, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and LABORATOIRES DE BIOLOGIE VEGETALE YVES ROCHER (“YVES ROCHER”) for a potential franchise arrangement to distribute YVES ROCHER products in Malaysia.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.29 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of InNature Berhad wishes to announce that the Company is still assessing the potential franchise arrangement with YVES ROCHER at this juncture.
The Company will make the appropriate announcement in due course if there is any material development.
