The Board of Directors of Mpire Global Berhad ("Mpire" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to change its name from "MPIRE GLOBAL BERHAD" to "GREENTRONICS TECHNOLOGY BERHAD" ("Proposed Change of Name").

The use of the proposed name "GREENTRONICS TECHNOLOGY BERHAD" was approved and reserved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") on 27 August 2025. 

The Proposed Change of Name is subject to the approval being obtained from the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened at a date to be announced later. 

The Proposed Change of Name, if approved by the shareholders, will take effect from the date of issuance of the Certificate of Notification on Change of Company Name.
