The Board of Directors of PESTEC wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has approved the Company’s application for a waiver from being classified as an “Affected Listed Company” pursuant to Practice Note 17 via its letter dated 28 August 2025 (“Approval”). Further to the Approval, the Company will continue to take necessary steps to strengthen the financial position of the Group while ensuring compliance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
