| Working experience and occupation | Mr Lee Han Yung is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, particularly within the semiconductor industry. He is currently the Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Director of a Malaysian public listed company. He also serves as a Director of one of the said company's subsidiaries. Prior to this, Mr Lee served as the Group Financial Controller of the same Malaysian public listed company from March 2010 to December 2024, where he was responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting functions across the Group.
