Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 30 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 1 July 2025 and 1 August 2025. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the earlier announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn. Bhd. has been appointed as the Sponsor of the Company pursuant to Rule 8.04(3)(a)(ii) of the Listing Requirements.
Henceforth, the Company is looking forward to formulate and submit a regularisation plan. An announcement on the details of the regularisation plan will be announced in due course once finalised.
