We are pleased to inform that the Board of Directors of Teo Guan Lee Corporation Berhad ("TGL") has on 27 August 2025, recommended a final single tier dividend of 5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2025 for the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Thirty-Second Annual General Meeting. 

However the entitlement and payment dates of the aforesaid Dividends have yet to be finalised at the moment.
