We refer to the announcements dated 17 April 2025, 24 April 2025 and 17 July 2025 in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture, and the announcement dated 13 June 2025 in relation to the Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance (collectively referred to as “Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of FHB, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad wishes to clarify that the Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance is conditional upon the Proposed Joint Venture but the Proposed Joint Venture is not conditional upon the Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance.

The Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance and the Proposed Joint Venture are not conditional upon any other corporate exercise undertaken or to be undertaken by FHB.

Save for the above, all other information in the Company’s announcement dated 13 June 2025 shall remain unchanged.
