The Board of Directors of Censof Holdings Berhad (“Censof” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company and its’ subsidiary, namely B4Gov Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as In Sureku Sdn. Bhd.) [Registration No. 202101023268 (1423568-D)] (“B4GOV”) had on 27 August 2025 entered into the following agreements with Decago Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202101030183 (1430483-K)] in relation to the disposal of 49 ordinary shares, representing 49% of the total issued shares of B4GOV for a cash consideration of RM49.00 only:

1. Share Sale and Purchase Agreement;
2. Shareholders Agreement;
3. Strategic Collaboration Agreement.
