The Board of Directors of MINOX (“the Board”) wishes to announce that MST Stainless Steel Sdn Bhd (“MST”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MINOX had on 26 August 2025 entered into a Sole Distributorship Agreement (“Agreement”) with Kunshan Kinglai Hygienic Materials Co., Ltd (“KingLai”) (collectively, the “Parties”), for the purposes of engaging MST for providing services as its sole and exclusive distributor of the pharmaceutical products listed in the Agreement (“Exclusive Products”) for Southeast Asia (“Services”), upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreement.
