Further to the announcement made by Gabungan AQRS Berhad ("GBGAQRS") on 21 May 2025, the Board of GBGAQRS wishes to announce the additional RRPT entered into between a wholly-owned subsidiary company, Gabungan Strategik Sdn Bhd and the related party, Solitaire Suites Sdn Bhd.
The amount of the aforesaid additional RRPT has, by way of aggregation for the period from 22 May 2025 to 16 August 2025, exceeded 1% of the net assets of GBGAQRS’ Group.
