Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 13 June 2025 and 16 June 2025 in relation to the resignation of ChengCo PLT as the Auditors of PNE.
The Board of Directors of PNE wishes to announce that Morison LC PLT (AF 002469), having consented to act as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, is appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 25 August 2025 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
