We refer to the ESOS which was approved by the shareholders of Joe at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 16 November 2020.

 

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (51) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, Joe wishes to announce that Joe has on 25 August 2025 offered a total of 45,000,000 share options at the option price of RM0.050 to eligible employees of Joe in accordance with the By-Laws of the ESOS.
