Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 25 July 2025 in relation to the extension of time application for the proposed regularisation plan (“EOT Application”).
On behalf of the Company, M & A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 21 August 2025, decided to reject the Company’s EOT Application as the Company has not demonstrated to the satisfaction of Bursa Securities any material development towards the finalisation and submission of the regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.
