Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 31 July 2025 and 4 August 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposals of 100% equity interest held in the Disposal Companies, for a total cash consideration of RM3.00. (Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 31 July 2025.) Puncak wishes to announce to the Exchange that the Proposed Disposals have been completed on 18 August 2025 upon fulfillment of the Conditions Precedent of the SSAs dated 29 July 2025 between the Vendor and the Purchaser.
