Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 4 August 2025, 7 August 2025, 11 August 2025 and 12 August 2025 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Board has on 19 August 2025 fixed the issue price at RM1.19 per Placement Share for the Private Placement.
The issue price of RM1.19 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0476 or 3.8% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of the Shares up to and including 18 August 2025 of RM1.2376 per Share.
