The Board of Directors of AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad ("AEON Credit" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has on 19 August 2025 entered into a Joint Venture and Shareholders' Agreement ("Shareholders' Agreement") with AEON CO. (M) BHD. [Registration No. 198401014370 (126926-H)] ("AEON CO.") (collectively referred to as "Parties"), to establish and incorporate a Joint Venture Company ("JVCo"), with the objective to manage a unified customer loyalty programme and enable digital engagement capabilities across the AEON Group of Companies in Malaysia ("AEON Group"). AEON Group as mentioned herein denotes the collective of Malaysian-incorporated subsidiaries and associates of AEON CO., LTD. and AEON Financial Service Co., Ltd., including, but not limited to, AEON Credit and AEON CO..
