Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 14 August 2025 on the above matter.

Unless otherwise defined, the capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company’s earlier announcement.

The Company wishes to announce that it has today received notification from its solicitors in relation to the High Court of Kuala Lumpur, Originating Summons No.: WA-24NCC-458-08/2025 [Dato’ Dr. Li Wei & Ors vs DFCity Group Berhad & Ors] on the following matters:

(a) Case management of the Plaintiffs’ Originating Summons (“Enclosure 1”);

(b) Case management of the Plaintiffs’ Injunction application (“Enclosure 2”); and

(c) Hearing of the Plaintiffs' ad interim injunction as per Relief 6 of Enclosure 2.

The High Court of Kuala Lumpur had on 18 August 2025 granted the Plaintiffs’ application for an ad interim injunction as per relief 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Enclosure 2 (as detailed below) pending the disposal of Enclosure 2 with costs in the cause:-

1. to prohibit, restrain and stop the 1st and 2nd Defendants, whether through its board of directors, servants, agents, representatives and/or any other parties from recognising and acting upon the effects of the Directors Resolution in Writing (25/04) dated 01.08.2025 (“DRIW 1”) entitled “Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company”;

2. prohibit, restrain and stop the 1st and 2nd Defendants, whether through its board of directors, servants, agents, representatives and/or any other parties from recognising and acting upon the effects of the Directors Resolution in Writing (25/07) dated 12.08.2025 (“DRIW 2”) entitled “Change Of Corporate Representative of the Company For All Subsidiary Companies of the Company”;

3. prohibit, restrain and stop the 2nd Defendant whether through himself, or his servants, agents, representatives and/or any other parties to exercise any of his powers granted under the DRIW 2; and

4. prohibit, restrain and stop the 1st and 2nd Defendants, whether through its board of directors, servants, agents, representatives and/or any other parties from recognising and acting upon the effects of the Directors Resolution in Writing (25/06) dated 12.08.2025 entitled “Re-designation of Mr. Low Kim Kiat from Executive Director to Managing Director” (“DRIW 3”).

The Court has fixed the hearing of Enclosure 1 and Enclosure 2 on 13 October 2025.

The Company will make the necessary announcements as and when there are further developments in relation thereto.
